About Wendy

Growing up as the eldest Daughter on a Victorian Cattle farm, from an early age I learned how to cook, and how to bake – specifically, I loved to bake cakes, biscuits and other sweet treats.

In 1989 I decided to expand my knowledge for decorating cakes and after enrolling in some decorating classes I began making cakes for a few friends and family – And this easily became my newly discovered passion in life.

Over the course of the last 10 years, I have worked alongside a colleague to create, design and build the best cakes available! At Wendy’s Cakes, we pride ourselves in our forte – which are home spun fabulously filled cakes, of great quality, at a bargain (homemade) price.
